Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 5 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master Degree Certification(s) Preferred: Adobe Commerce Expert Business Practitioner Adobe Marketo Engage Expert Business Practitioner Adobe Real-Time CDP Business Practitioner Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by: Leading large and complex digital commerce technology assessments, strategy, discovery, and implementation projects; Demonstrating hands-on technical development experience in one of the following digital commerce technologies: Salesforce Commerce, SAP Hybris/C4C, Shopify or Adobe Commerce Cloud/ Magento Commerce; Demonstrating working experience in Scaled Agile delivery models with deep experience in solution design, technical refinement and grooming of user stories; Demonstrating deep knowledge of web services architectures J2EE, SOAP/REST/JSON including technical development; Demonstrating working knowledge of source code versioning and management using leading tools, e.
g.
SVN and GIT; Demonstrating leadership in technical configuration of leading search engines, e.
g.
SOLR; Leading solution implementation and configuration of digital commerce platforms; Demonstrating extensive experience with integrating the eCommerce engine with other front-office technology products (e.
g.
payment gateway, CMS, CRM, PIM, DAM) and other backend solutions (e.
g.
ERP); and, Collaborating on a cross-functional capacity with onshore and offshore teams (marketing, UX designers, IT teams) to develop optimal customer experience solutions that balance technical feasibility, deployment timelines, customer experience, and business value.
