What we need:
We are looking for a dynamic, sales and operations driven manager with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills to lead our growing branch.
This individual will need to have experience with driving sales growth and profit, while leading an operation, a drive to sell and succeed, and work in team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver high-quality service while maintaining positive partnerships with our customers
-Hire, train, lead, motivate, and develop branch employees to perform at their highest potential
-Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators
-Manage timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals, and objectives of the branch to be approved by the regional manager
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license
-Leadership experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably in a service or distributor sales organization
-Experience in growing sales year over year
-Mechanically inclined
-Participate in on-call rotation occasionally
