Arbol Residences Santa Rosa Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sales Counselor to join our team! This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales program to insure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for the Community
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Sales Counselor:
Meet and exceed personal sales expectations
Effectively respond to new inquiries in a timely manner
Ensure all prospect inquires are managed and that timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames
Uses Direct Sales Performance Indicators (DSPI's) to set goals and diagnose areas of strength and needed improvement
Generate adequate presentations by effective prospecting.
This can include phone outs, referral generation, use of email, home visits, etc.
Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
Communicate with key influencer impacting the buying decision
Participates in marketing events as directed by Marketing and Sales Director
Understands and articulately represents all documents related to residency, including Residency agreement, Disclosure Statement, Etc
Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in presentable manner hospitality focused environment throughout the community
Maintains a professional appearance at all times

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
One (1) years’ experience in marketing and sales and/or knowledge of senior living industry
Experience in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Solid presentation skills (small and large groups)
Strong Closing skills
Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
