Motos America Inc is currently seeking a creative, talented, self-starter to join our team and manage our social accounts and assist with various marketing responsibilities.
Location:
San Rafael, CA area with one week per month working at the dealership.
Responsibilities:
The Motos America Social Media Specialist is a key role.
The selected candidate will be in charge of representing Motos America across all social channels as the voice of the brand.
You will provide our company with your expertise to enhance online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements, Public Relations as needed while managing existing social media marketing platforms.
You will create and manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Successful track record with social media.
Advanced social strategy abilities
Photography and video
Editing photos and videos
Experience with Social, i.

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, and Websites
Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results.
Establishing brand awareness
Strong and consistent communication skills
Creativity to think outside the box.
Knowledge of social media management tools
Understanding of analytics and reporting
Community building and relationship building
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Requirements:
Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry
Self-Starter, Excellent multitasking and organizational ability
Experienced in all aspects of social media.
Experience with riding motorcycles and a valid motorcycle endorsement.
