Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support Healthcare Specialist:
Extensive driving to various nursing facility locations (a reliable vehicle is a must).
Comfortable with technology and patient outreach, including the use of your own computer.
Compassion, patience, and dedication to building trust with patients.
Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate the completion of assessments.
Proficiency with technology, including the ability to navigate computer platforms and familiarity with Excel (a plus).
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Connecting with patients who are initiating remote patient monitoring programs.
Serving as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled with PrimoCare, guided by their healthcare providers.
Assisting patients in completing assessments using iPads.
Regularly engaging with assigned patients to ensure they stay on track with their treatment plan.
Scheduling consistent monthly check-ins with patients.
Monitoring patient data to ensure their well-being.
Empowering and educating patients by sharing valuable health information.
Collaborating with the PrimoCare team through informative meetings to stay updated on the latest developments.
Working closely with the sales team to ensure key performance indicators are effectively achieved.
Assisting with patient interactions and data collection.
Minimum Qualifications:

Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency with technology, including the ability to navigate computer platforms and familiarity with Excel.
Comfort with patient outreach and engagement.
Experience in interactions with patients and clinical staff.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.

Expectations and Compensation:
Work hours from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM PST.

Reporting to the Care Team Manager.
