Cold Caller Specialist (Remote)

*Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our recruitment agency.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by generating new business through commission-based cold calling.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be provided with leads and equipped with the necessary resources to succeed in this role.
*Location:* Remote; work-from-home position.
*Duties:* * Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients provided in our lead database.
* Introduce our recruitment services and value proposition to potential clients.
* Qualify leads to determine their recruitment needs and pain points.
* Articulate the benefits of partnering with our agency to fulfill their hiring requirements.
* Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our senior sales team members with interested prospects.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience in outbound cold calling and sales, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote work environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with CRM software (e.

* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
