Responsibilities
Source new business to consistently meet or exceed monthly pipeline generation targets
Build an intimate understanding of the Fermàt product and our place in the industry
Manage cross-functional relationships with AEs, AMs, and Marketing
Maintain accurate pipeline management with consistent forecasting
Routinely exceed goals in outbound phone calls, and emails
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers
Manage lists of accounts and prioritize them based on relevance for our software
Perform research on accounts, prospect contacts, and the industry
Perform cold calls, cold emails, and outreach in a personalized fashion
Attend live events or in person meetings with customers or prospects
Provide effective and productive market/client feedback to Fermàt’s product/engineering team
Qualifications
1 years of sales experience/SDR experience in an outbound or quota capacity preferred
Highly effective communication, presentation , and english writing skills
Ability to build rapport, nurture relationships
Thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Experience using modern prospecting, nurture and pipeline technologies is preferred
Tenacity, drive to learn, and self-motivated
This position is remote, but travel will occasionally be required, so candidates must be located in the US/Canada (PST, MST, CST, or EST)
Compensation
Roughly $75,000 OTE, with a $55,000 base.
This may go up or down depending on qualifications.
