Benefit Cosmetics is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated & detail-oriented Etail Marketing Coordinator to support the Etail Marketing Team.
This individual will be introduced to the inner- workings of the beauty industry within a leading global beauty brand and must be prepared to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position will also work closely with the Etail Marketing team to drive the business for one of our key sampling, marketing & retail partners.
What You’ll Do: Marketing * Partner with the Etail Marketing Manager to strategize and drive new product launches, core initiatives, sampling programs, and special projects in-store & online.
* Collaborate with the Etail Marketing Manager to develop robust sampling campaigns that build buzz around new launches & key focuses.
* Create & execute unique sales-driving programs in partnership with the Etail Marketing Manager.
* Identify areas of opportunity within the competitive landscape based on new marketing platforms, trends, product assortment & incentive offerings.
E-commerce * Collect new product information, including product set-up forms, product images, copy, videos & tagging, for all retailers to ensure an accurate & timely launch.
* Monitor copy, images & videos on live product pages to ensure accuracy & real-time relevance.
Administrative * Manage and maintain all retail marketing calendars, project timelines, promotional plans, sampling initiatives, & sales data.
* Assist with asset analysis & advise on findings to the Omni-Channel team.
Qualifications: * College degree or certificate in Marketing, or related field * 1+ years Beauty, Marketing or Ecommerce experience Schedule: * Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly The target salary range for this position is $26.
45/hr - $33.
65/hr.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.

· Manage all new product launches for retailer sites; delivery of comps, copy, site forms, asset design and/or production & delivery of assets.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands · Expected in office 1-3 days per week and during Think Pink weeks Interactions · People team of 5 Requirements · College degree or certificate in Marketing, or related field · 1+ years Beauty, Marketing or Ecommerce experience Skills & Abilities · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + experience using Google docs.
· Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
· Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively – must be self-sufficient and a team player.
