How you'll be impactful: The role will require you to be analytical and strategic while delivering on business goals.
You will own product KPIs and obsessively improve the experience for our customers and metrics for our company.
You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams to assist in the development of an ecommerce roadmap and build features that delight our consumers and advisors.
You will make a significant impact on our business while having fun doing so.
This role will be required to be in our San Francisco office 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).
What you'll be doing: Assist other PMs in leading, organizing, and communicating vision, actions and results Collaborate with design, research, engineering, marketing, and data teams to help develop product roadmaps that enhance our offerings and ensure alignment.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of website, product analytics, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to refine user paths, landing pages, and key conversion points.
Monitor and report on the performance of CRO initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for further optimization.
Identify and prioritize discrepancies in how our product currently satisfies customer needs through discovery processes, including competitive research, interviews and surveys.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRO and digital marketing What you'll need to be successful: BA/BS is required in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or related 2+ years experience in Product Management for consumer-facing products and ecommerce with an emphasis in CRO and A/B testing Experience developing web and/or mobile consumer facing apps and online marketplaces Highly analytical, creative, good with numbers, results-driven, entrepreneurial, quick learner Excellent eye for end-to-end product experience Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Team player who can drive execution by working cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, design, and engineering.
