As a Commercial Account Executive at WalkMe, you'll report to a Regional Director of Sales and manage growth and renewals of existing accounts.
You'll use Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn and other applications to run your sales process from introduction to close for companies between 500-5,000 employees.
You will partner with our Sales Engineering, Account Management, and BDR teams.
WalkMe Account Executives lead a consultative sales cycle, based on Value-Selling, across multiple partners within each client.
What You'll Own In your first 30 days, you will begin onboarding training to gain a proficient working knowledge of WalkMe's product, value proposition, use cases and sales process Within the first 60 days, you will attend Sales Onboarding BootCamp and Value-Selling training You will manage inbound leads and manage your sales cycles You will manage an existing book of business with the opportunity to upsell & cross-sell You will look for new logos You will own a specific geographic territory and be responsible for executing on a territory plan Within your first quarter, you will start closing initial cycles based on your ramp quota What You Need to Succeed 4 years of sales experience with 2 years of SaaS solution experience Deep domain experience or a combination of vertical and industry experience A curiosity for uncovering your customer needs You are passionate for solving customer challenges with new technology Experience selling to IT, Sales, HR, and Product personas Executing a sales lead product demo Enterprise account managementIf you have used WalkMe, let us know that too! The starting OTE for this role is between $170,000 and $200,000.
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
