About the Role As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about our company mission and are able to channel that energy into generating excitement amongst your prospective provider leads.
Meeting and exceeding performance expectations motivates you given that you are directly contributing to redesigning behavioral health as you recruit high quality providers.
Essential Functions Successfully manage pipeline, inclusive of both warm and cold generated leads Be proactive in generating and prospecting new leads Screen and qualify providers to join our growing group at SonderMind as the point of initial contact for prospective providers What success looks like? Meet or exceed monthly performance goals for provider Sales Qualified Leads Includes both warm and cold SQL monthly targets in assigned territory states Performance will be measured weekly to ensure pacing towards targets Who you are? 1+ years inside sales experience Experience working with a high-volume of inbound inquiries, external cold outreach, and a large number of prospective relationships Self-starter, takes initiative and adapts to changing demands Brings a positive and professional attitude to work every day Growth mindset, always ready to learn and apply new strategies or approaches Superior attention to detail and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Experience Experience with a CRM software (Salesforce preferred) Familiar with Lead Generation tools (Sales Navigator preferred) Experience working for a high growth company Experience working in the healthcare industry Our Benefits The anticipated salary rate for this role is $24.
00/ hour.
This position is also eligible to participate in our variable commission plan.
