Requirements and Responsibilities The APP Ecosystem Partner Channel Manager is responsible for selling Accenture products and services through the partner globally.
The Manager represents APP in all sales activities associated with reseller slash channel support.
The channel sales manager works closely with ACN sales leadership, Ecosystem partner sales and sales leadership and with ACN product teams.
Work with partners Developing and executing channel sales programs to drive revenue Implementing and improving processes to optimize channel sales program effectiveness Delivering and exceeding sales quotas for strategic partners Assisting in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
Attend Partner Conferences.
Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
Work with clients Engaging end customers and resellers at industry tradeshows Delivering customer presentations and attending sales meetings and partner conferences Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
Working with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings Work with Accenture Providing regular updates to Accenture sales management on status of existing partners recruitment of new partners Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
What You Need: Minimum 6 years of experience promoting large portfolio of Industry and functional software products through a partner sales Minimum 5 years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales operations Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product marketing Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
(If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus points if you have: Experience launching a new partner sales channel Experience in Partner Relationship Management Strong oral and written communication skills Strong PowerPoint skills Strong project management, business case development, analytical and coordination skills Professional Qualifications: Proven sales leadership originating and closing technology services opportunities Client facing (from deal qualification through close) with ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives Proven ability to earn credibility with technology and business executives Ability to navigate through a large, complex internal organization to get things done High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character Willingness to learn and collaborate with account teams What We Believe We have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
