With the industry rapidly growing from $2 billion to $3 billion worldwide, we are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Account Executive to join our sales team.
Responsibilities: 1.
Strategic Planning:** Create detailed business plans to achieve sales goals and quotas.
2.
Sales Cycle Management:** Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact to deal closure.
3.
Lead Generation:** Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
4.
Product Presentations:** Present and demonstrate our SaaS platform to prospective clients, highlighting its value.
5.
Consultative Selling:** Understand clients' business needs and apply technology solutions to address them effectively.
6.
After-Sales Support:** Provide professional post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain our company's reputation.
7.
Client Engagement:** Continuously engage with existing clients to understand their evolving software needs.
8.
Issue Resolution:** Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer contentment.
9.
Agreement Negotiation:** Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales and customer data records.
Qualifications: - 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a preference for IT technology sales.
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS and/or accounting/financial applications is preferred.
- Experience in the Property Management Software space is a clear advantage.
- Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiating principles.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a talent for building strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Business acumen and a passion for sales.
