The Head of Demand Generation & Lifecycle position will report to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing.
As the Head of Demand Generation & Lifecycle, you will: Be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and direct mail channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Continuously refine and optimize strategies based on industry best practices and evolving market trends.
Lead and inspire a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Your Impact: Oversee the execution of campaigns and initiatives, holding the team accountable for meeting performance goals.
Develop and implement creative strategies to maximize cross-selling, upselling, and reselling opportunities within the customer ecosystem.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify and capitalize on relevant touch points in the customer journey.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, win-back, and cart abandonment metrics; utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns and make data- driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behavior to drive innovative approaches to lifecycle marketing.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
About You: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or related roles.
Proven track record of driving growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tool Even Better: Experience within the Tech and FinTech Industries Champion a culture of continuous improvement, implementing new tools and methodologies to enhance campaign performance.
