About Cognizant’s Digital Engineering Practice: At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently.
Small, nimble engineering teams generate collective empathy and comradery, thus increasing their ability to anticipate unforeseen development scope changes and maintain high quality deliverables.
Across our US Studio system or within client development sites, our Digital Engineering teams ideate and develop innovative cloud-based solutions following a Lean-Agile process with DevOps culture.
Working in Cognizant Digital Engineering provides DevOps engineers consistent opportunities to push digital boundaries while growing their exposure to transformational technologies.
The Role: Define & drive product strategy and roadmap.
Socialize & gain leadership support & accountability for the delivery of management visions.
Work as onsite lead for Zuora based project for implementation of new features and enhancements.
Provide help with functional knowledge and technical know-how to the entire team.
Liaise with customer for planning, scheduling, tracking and risk mitigation for the project scope & deliverables.
Ensure team is leveraging latest technology for implementation on Zuora platform.
Work on RevPro to support Finance Business Transformation Team (business process - AR centric) Qualifications: Previous experience in one or more of the following roles.
Technical Lead Product Manager Business Analyst or related positions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, System engineering).
Experience in Zuora Billing, Zuora Subscription to support day-to-day queries and analysis from business, finance and other stakeholders.
Good understanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, Workflow and APIs.
Understand Payments Methods like Credit Card, Alternate Payment Methods, ACH, Direct Debit etc.
Understand Payment Gateways, Country Specific requirements, Refund, Chargeback, Cancellation etc.
Able to understand business requirements specially Product Led Growth, E-Commerce Purchase etc.
Strong functional & technical familiarity of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, with experience delivering major business transformation initiatives.
(SaaS Platform) Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 3/22/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $72,200.
00 – $158,600.
00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
