Atlassian is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to work across all of our DevOps products, including Jira, Compass, BitBucket, Atlassian Intelligence, and more.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing technical and business content that effectively demonstrates the value of our Agile & DevOps products to our audience, including developers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional software teams.
This is a pivotal role that works at the intersection of product management, marketing, and solution engineering.
The role requires a strong understanding of DevOps, developer experience, cloud services, and associated technologies, as well as the ability to communicate to a range of personas at various seniorities.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $200,900 - $267,900
Zone B: $180,800 - $241,100
Zone C: $166,800 - $222,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Create compelling content including whitepapers, case studies, technical documentation, blog posts, and presentations that effectively communicate the features, benefits, and use cases of our products.
Create golden product demos that will be used by solution engineering in customer presentations and discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Solution Engineering to ensure alignment between product roadmaps, marketing initiatives, and go-to-market enablement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
Serve as a subject matter expert on technical topics related to our products, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
The right person for this role could come from a range of backgrounds, the qualifications listed here are a guide:
Strong technical background, with experience working with software development tools, platforms, and technologies.
Good understanding of the needs and priorities of software teams and their leaders.
Skilled at communication and adept at presenting and demonstrating the value of products and solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging in a range of formats such as videos, blogs, presentations, webinars, and enablement material.
5+ years of experience in a related field, such as software delivery, platform engineering, product marketing, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or product management.
Knowledge of Atlassian products is desirable; the ability to learn new technologies is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to travel to Atlassian offices internationally as required.
