Build and retain relationships with key decision makers within assigned region to grow revenue and profit margin.
This position will be focused on increasing SOW with existing accounts, prospecting for new accounts and providing an exceptional customer experience.
*Responsibilities :*
* Drive revenue within assigned customer territory
* Identify and qualify prospect customers that align with TTC customer model (CAP, VIP + profile).
* Meet with key customer decision-makers, delivering value and benefits and building a foundation for a long-term sustainable partnership.
* Utilize key sales process tools (Phocas, HubSpot, CAP) to identify direct product opportunities with existing customers.
* Utilize social media outlets to identify key contacts and networking opportunities.
* Ability to demonstrate product using catalog or samples and emphasizing sellable features to include better and best options and related item selling.
* Keeps management informed by maintaining and submitting activity via HubSpot CRM, daily communication (phone, email), weekly huddles, bi-weekly sales meetings and monthly management reviews as scheduled and required by company policies and procedures.
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
* Nurture and develop customer and supplier relationships with key contacts at trade shows, conferences, networking events and face-to-face meetings.
* Partner and collaborate with key support team members including customer experience, product management, operations, technical, marketing, and the leadership team.
*Specific Measures of Success – Expected Outcomes*
* Meet a/or exceed assigned annual net sales goal, gross profit goal and gross profit % goal.
* Identify prospects and existing customers which are or can develop into a good fit for TTC
* Create and maintain an account deck of 125 qualified accounts within assigned territory
* Develop a 12 month sales strategy within 120 days of employment
* Utilize the CRM tool for daily call activity and opportunity pipeline management (2.
5x larger than sales goals)

* 2+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing/distributing sales experience
* Proven record of achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals

* Excellent presentation, negotiating and public speaking skills.
* Knowledge of corresponding geographical area.
* Collaborative mindset, ability to work in a team environment as this role will interact closely with marketing, inside sales, and operations.
