About the Role As the Director of Product Marketing at Frameplay, you will be a key player in driving the success of our in-game advertising products and capabilities for leading advertisers and premium game studios.
You will be responsible for all product marketing activities, including go-to-market strategy, market analysis, positioning, messaging, ICP and persona development, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.

Role Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy + Product Launches: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and capabilities from market validation through general availability.
Define target customer segments, messaging, and distribution channels.
Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to develop launch plans that generate excitement and drive product adoption.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging and enhance product market fit.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning that resonates with target audiences (advertisers, game studios, and adtech partners).
Create clear and concise messaging that highlights the unique value proposition of our intrinsic in-game advertising solution.
ICP + Persona Development and Maintenance: Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and personas to guide marketing strategies.
Continuously update and maintain personas based on evolving market dynamics and customer feedback.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, customer success, and marketing to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral, communications, and tools.
Provide training and support to empower sales teams with the necessary product knowledge.
Your Skills and Experience Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environment Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning products in competitive markets Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Deep understanding of adtech products; Can talk the talk and walk the walk Deadline-driven with enthusiastic attitude Proficient in building and designing presentation decks in PowerPoint and Google Slides Required Academic & Work Experience BA in Marketing, Communications & Media, Business or similar curriculum.
3+ years of experience in product marketing within the media, adtech, martech or similar industry.
Experience in gaming, advertising, digital media, martech or adtech.

We honor pay transparency, and the base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 plus eligibility for the company bonus program (where applicable), a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
