The Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Project Manager.
This individual will work closely with other Marketing team members and our cross-functional partners throughout the chapter.
This role will focus on managing marketing needs related to our 50th-anniversary celebration events, tentatively planned for June 2024 in or near San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead the PMI's strategy for the 50th anniversary event in partnership with a planning committee and marketing subcommittee
Join regular meetings on Tuesday evenings and relay event updates and marketing needs to the marketing team.
Create the outreach and marketing to span the year and include website design, social media, email, partnerships
Design or partner with a designer to create a consistent look and feel for the 50th event
Design and order branded items as determined by the committee, within budget
Provide additional support as needed and agreed upon by the planning committee
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Asana for project management
Experience with Canva Premium and Photoshop
Experience working with leadership and senior management
Experience in other volunteer and non-profit organizations
Creative thinking
Reliability
Ability to dedicate 3-5 hours per week to volunteer work
