We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Enrollment Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing employee benefit communications with the main goal of driving benefit enrollment.
This role is crucial in ensuring utilization targets of our services within each customer's workforce.

The Role:
This individual will serve as the point person for enrollment marketing, reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Lead.
They will own and manage enrollment marketing, collaborating with the customer success and marketing teams to implement strategies and tactics to secure enrollment and revenue goals, as well as enhance client and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and innovate strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns to effectively raise awareness of Grayce's platform and services, driving enrollment goals.
Refine B2B2C marketing playbooks and toolkits by assessing existing programming and identifying and developing new opportunities.
Scale and optimize member enrollment operations by identifying opportunities and helping to improve processes and standards.
Work alongside the marketing, content, and product teams to craft branded and compelling messaging and materials that highlight the value and advantages of Grayce’s benefit offerings across its various member personas.
Serve as a collaborative partner to the customer success team to develop marketing recommendations and plans in support of their goals.
Support implementation plans for new clients as well as integrated and comprehensive marketing plans post-launch of Grayce.
Foster and maintain partnerships with customer marketing contacts, joining customer success on calls and leading marketing discussions to create an aligned approach in utilizing Grayce toolkits as well as developing innovative opportunities within the customer’s employee base.
Design and execute campaigns and materials across multiple mediums such as digital, virtual/on-site events, direct mail, and print.
Own and facilitate virtual events such as info sessions and webinars to provide education and insights on Grayce’s offerings.
Work with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead to establish key goals and initiatives.
Monitor results and present regular updates on key KPI progress as well as insights and learnings to stakeholders.
Keep up to date with industry trends ensuring Grayce remains competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing experience, particularly B2C/B2B2C experience in a health-oriented organization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Advanced digital marketing skills, including proficiency with email service providers and analytics software
Performance-driven marketer with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
Data-driven professional who excels in results analysis and synthesizing the next steps
Creative skillset; ability to create copy and design for marketing needs
Demonstrates high-level responsiveness in communication with stakeholders
A knack for leading cross-functional initiatives with a collaborative approach
Proven ability to facilitate successful virtual and on-site marketing events
Displays a high degree of professionalism with HR leaders and benefits administrators
Exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
