We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced salesperson in the Bay area for a client-facing position.
The Digital Sales Consultant (DSC) is a digital marketing expert, working to better understand the clients’ needs through discovery and showcasing their technical knowledge to sell Rent.
bundled marketing solutions to new and existing clients.

As a DSC, you will demonstrate the value of Rent.
’s strategic digital marketing solutions through your dynamic presentation of your solutions recommendations to clients.
You will develop and maintain strong client relationships through your advanced consultative and precision-targeted selling approaches.
You will be known as a trusted advisor and technical expert, identifying and implementing ongoing solution based sales approaches to increase monthly recurring revenue.
Additional Responsibilities: Build opportunity pipelines and accurately report and forecast monthly revenue, property, and unit gains for assigned territory.
Participate in pre- and post-client planning meetings to determine a strategic account plan to increase bundled solutions monthly recurring revenue.
Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to fully understand client/property unique needs, then build a strategic, bundled marketing package to meet client’s objectives.
Act as the subject matter expert in client meetings, offering insight, strategy, and supporting the close of revenue targets.
Act as a subject matter expert at industry and trade events, continuously building on Rent.
’s visibility and credibility as the premier digital marketing solution.
Identify and cultivate strategic connections both internally and externally to build rapport and position yourself as a technical and digital marketing solutions expert.
Establish yourself as an industry leader by actively participating in both client meetings and industry events.
Requirements: Minimum five (5) years of successful and verifiable experience selling B2B SaaS and/or Digital Marketing Services, achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently Prior demonstrated experience working with sales methodologies like Spin Selling, Challenger etc.
In-depth expertise in showcasing technical and solution based knowledge of Google Search campaigns, social ad campaigns, retargeting, reputation management, chat bots, virtual Leasing Center, marketplace listings, etc.
Command of data-based selling skills pertaining to results generated through the digital services being offered and how it will benefit the client by bundling our solutions.
Strong technical and data-driven selling knowledge for digital products (SaaS, digital marketing ad sales, performance marketing, etc.
) Proficiency using Salesforce or another CRM Apply a strategic approach in the deployment of pricing and solution mix Exceptional communication skills across multiple channels of internal and external stakeholders.
Be highly resourceful and adept at problem-solving Have the ability to manage a complex sales cycle with multiple internal and external stakeholders across larger territories.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Multi-family industry experience preferred, but not required This is a full-time, field sales role which requires a minimum of 60% travel in the field per week.

Digital Sales Consultants are required to possess and provide the company with proof of insurance.
Estimated total on target earnings range is between $125,000-$145,000 annually, comprised of annual salary between $65,000- $75,000 per year and additional uncapped incentive compensation.
