General Role Overview: The Sr.
Manager, Business Transformation is an integral team member who will support and provide direction in the development of Fisker’s Business strategy and transformation.
The selected individual will contribute to the deployment of Service Core Process standards in the areas of Call Center operations, Dealer readiness, Program management, Special Tools and Equipment.
In addition, you will also be responsible for developing with workflows to support UI/UX and backend IT development including business rules to support such workflows.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for, and a deep understanding of EV Startup environment, Aftersales and the latest EV technologies and will be forward thinking and progressive.
You exhibit a can-do attitude to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with key stakeholders to deliver high service quality, reduce warranty cost, and increase customer satisfaction.
Nature of Work: Duties and Responsibilities: Implement strategy, process, and national service roll-out to sustain consistency and conformity of Fisker standards which are delivered at a high level.
Administer Fisker policy, including Call Center Ops, Service process, Dealership on-boarding, building SOPs etc.
Ensuring proper actions, customer journey and touchpoints are upheld, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders delivering monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Maintaining compliance with state and federal laws, collaborating closely with partners, legal, engineering, quality and other key stakeholders.
Oversee and mentor Fisker partner to improve operational Key Performance Indicators such as Fix Right the First Time, response & deployment time, and customer satisfaction.
Forecast and monitor efficiency, proficiency, and effectiveness, looking for opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs without compromising service center or mobile service deliverables.
Develop related training requirements.
Specifications for the job: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
8-10 years of successful OEM operations management experience, including knowledge of various state laws and corrective action processes.
Three years of experience at the OEM/EV level.
In-depth core process and customer handling expertise, brand standards and a solid EV industry understanding.
Experience in working with IT to identify requirements/business rules, creating process workflows, overseeing development, and performing user acceptance testing.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies: Fluent spoken and written English, additional language is a plus.
Outstanding analytical and technical problem-solving abilities based on the mastery of engineering principles.
Extremely organized and detail oriented Ability to organize and drive continuous improvement.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills to work with internal and external partners at all levels within the organization and to represent Fisker in a professional manner.
Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work without direct supervision, an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Willingness to take ownership of jobs and work independently beyond assigned position to successfully complete them.
Additional Requirements: Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required.
Working Conditions: Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required.
Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends as needed to meet deadlines and goals.
Exposed to service workshop environment that requires lifting moderate weights, standing for long hours, wearing personal protective equipment, etc.
Expected Salary Range: $85,000.
00 - $180,000.

Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits.
An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
