Job Description: Are you a proven client relationship manager with Tolling services experience? Do you have a track record of building tactical relationships with C-Suite customers? About the role The Director, Account Management is the primary client relationship executive and revenue generator of Tolling services.
This a remote role with a preferred west coast region location.
The Account Manager directs and controls the activities that drive continuous improvements to increase productivity, optimize the customer experience, reduce costs and risks.
This client-facing role includes overall account responsibilities, working with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for additional revenue growth and assisting with the development of proposals.
Responsibilities Applies Tolling industry knowledge Developing operational discipline and focus to identify and pursue core markets Managing revenue/profit results to grow relationships Partnering with solutions leaders to develop new value propositions in digital work flows, customer engagement and clinical outcomes.
Managing account-level P&L to business unit financial targets Developing and supporting value propositions for focus areas and ensure alignment with Conduent and business unit strategy Partnering with solutions leaders and Business Development Executives to promote sales of new services into existing accounts to include Contract negotiations, rebids and change orders Recommending and initiating enhancements to the sales and marketing operations Develops revenue goals, assesses growth Provides accurate, complete, and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts, quotations, budgets, and rates Developing knowledge of Conduent services, solutions, and offerings.
Developing understanding of Conduent’s portfolio of specialty BPO solutions Supporting the development of marketing plans Representing the organization with executives and clients Maintains effective relationships with internal and external constituents including consultants.
All other duties as assigned Requirements Being a consultative Account Manager that develops relationships and adds value to the client(s) business over the long term Possesses experience in the Tolling services industry Has a proven career history of growing existing accounts Being a team player that effectively partners with delivery organizations for added value Possesses proven ability in account strategy, account planning and relationship building Has experience working closely with service delivery counterparts Demonstrates advanced knowledge of BPO services account and relationship management processes Possesses effective communication and presentation skills to top management and executives (internally and externally) Being self-motivated with desire for success Able to travel for business as required Possesses Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience Flexible Working At Conduent, we want you to be yourself.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.
The estimated salary range is $146,000-$195,000.
