Marketing Director – North America Competitive Salary plus 10% Bonus.
Here at Chotto Matte, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Director – North America to join our team.

Working alongside the Global Marketing Director to lead and execute the North American marketing strategy further boosting the reputation of the Chotto Matte brand and launch in new cities across America.
Responsibilities will include: Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the North American expansion for Chotto Matte.
Driving sales and marketing activations in our existing restaurants.
Executing the wider North American strategy including press, digital media, sales and events.
Responsible for working within budget and tracking accordingly.
Project management on all campaigns and initiatives.
Reporting on all campaigns and initiatives.
Supporting all international businesses tailoring the campaigns based on the local needs.
Creating and delivering a clear critical path for new openings tailored to the new region.
Manage the key events and entertainment programme.
Engage key internal stakeholders on new campaigns.
Working closely and taking guidance from the marketing director to ensure that tone of voice, campaign activity and messaging is on brand.
Conducting comprehensive and up to date market research on competitors in all relevant regions.
Managing the briefs to external agencies, holding them accountable against clear KPIs.
Approaching all campaigns with discerning commercial acumen.
