FocusKPI is seeking for a Marketing Analyst for our client, a high-tech SaaS company.
The Marketing Analyst will work on reporting and analytics initiatives for the customers.
This role will work in close collaboration with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams.
Work Location: Remote in the U.
S.
Duration: 12 months, with potential of extension
Pay Range: $35/hr to $42/hr
Responsibilities:
Own reporting initiatives; develop KPIs, create and maintain reports, and create report roll-out plans for the customers in support of their business objectives
Develop, implement, and maintain analytics systems, tools and frameworks that enable efficient analysis for customers
Design and create rich, compelling visual dashboards to illustrate business performance, tell data stories, and influence stakeholders
Get hands-on with customer data to drive insights, answer key business questions, and enable campaign optimization.
Identify and communicate areas to improve effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates and findings, and build relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
2+ years of experience as a Marketing analyst within a retail company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
2+ years of strong experience working with one or more Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc (Metabase experience will be a big plus)
Technically adept with database technology to write and execute queries (SQL) and analyze data (Python), with an interest, willingness and capacity to learn additional analytics/Big Data/data science tools.
Familiarity with API technology and big data analytical tools such as Spark is a plus.
Previous experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem is strongly preferred
Passion for working with customers and a track-record of making an impact and developing relationships.
