I saw you on the ‘gram, our eyes met across the thread, your energy on point / communication so clean / grammar on lock.
Kidding… but, was that you tho? I am looking for an Online Business Manager to hand off specific day to day admin tasks for 30-50 hours a month, depending on the season of business.
This role will include handling sensitive and confidential information, being very detail oriented and communicative.
As a Business Activation Coach with a 100% online business, Instagram and tech knowledge is crucial in this role.
This addition to the team will work closely with me assist with all things scheduling, tech systems (Kajabi, Flodesk, Slack, Email management, Calendly, etc), podcast management, planning, staying on top of tasks and managing clients’ needs.
*What You’ll Be Doing.
* - Managing Podcast (editing, uploading episodes, creating audiograms) - Managing Kajabi (where we host programs) + creating checkout links / checkout pages - Calendar Management via Google Calendar and/or Calendly - Content Creation for Social Media (repurposing previous content / graphic design via Canva / editing video calls into Reels) - Program Client Onboarding and Support via Slack and Flodesk - Customer Service via email - Email Management - Managing Facebook Group Community / Slack Community - Posting Instagram content and engagement (posting previously scheduled content / DM Management / responding to post comments / engaging with community and other accounts / monitor analytics, reading insights and reporting feedback) - Creating workflows - Setting up systems / new online platforms to help the business run smoothly - Assigning Tasks to CEO via Clickup on as need basis - Managing communications to teams and contractors via email and Slack - Create, update, and manage all SOPs for the business - Weekly calls with CEO and team (as needed) - Miscellaneous admin tasks as needed *About You.

You have experience in Google Drive (Sheets/Slides/Docs), Clickup, Square, Flodesk/ActiveCampaign, and Kajabi *Trustworthy:* We will build trust with each other over time.
