Why this role? We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our team! This individual will play a crucial role in translating our brand system into a comprehensive written style guide and tailoring it to suit our diverse audience segments.
Key responsibilities include handling aspects such as naming, navigation, information architecture, marketing strategies, tone, voice, and messaging.
The role extends beyond content creation to encompass the ongoing maintenance of the brand's written style, including the approval of content prior to publication.
Additionally, you will contribute to fostering team cohesion and supporting product design initiatives.
As a Senior Content Designer, you will: - Develop and lead the overall content strategy for the organization, aligning it with business goals and user needs - Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team produces high-quality, consistent, and effective content - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, marketers, and developers, to integrate content seamlessly into various projects - Contribute to the development of long-term content strategies and plans that align with the organization's mission and objectives - Define and uphold the brand's voice and tone across all content, ensuring a cohesive and authentic communication style You may be a good fit if you have: - 7-10+ years of relevant professional experience as a content designer - Demonstrated experience working on high-quality consumer-facing products - Well-rounded understanding of both product and marketing strategies - Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) environments If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!
