About the Role:
The San Francisco Giants Baseball Club is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented part-time Ticket Sales Assistant.
The Ticket Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of Ticket Sales by providing administrative and organizational support.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most storied baseball organizations in the MLB.
Excited About This Opportunity Because… Project Management: · Assist in the planning and execution of revenue and ticket sales-related projects.
· Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
· Help manage project budgets and track expenses.
Communication and Coordination: · Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
· Coordinate and facilitate communication between the SVP and VP and various departments within the organization.
· Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to relevant parties.
Administrative Support: · Manage the SVP and VP's calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
· Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
· Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing critical matters.
· Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Event Coordination: · Support the planning and execution of revenue and ticket sales events and initiatives.
· Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.
Confidentiality and Discretion: · Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Procurement: · Assist in vendor and supplier communication · Data management and reporting for client related supplies and materials Qualifications · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
· Previous experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in a sports or entertainment industry setting.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Knowledge of baseball and sports industry operations is a plus.

The hourly rate for this position will be $35.
