What you'll do As a Senior Salesforce Analyst at DocuSign, you will work with Technical and Solutions Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into the best Salesforce solutions.
The role requires superb communication skills, experience working in complex projects gathering requirements across cross-functional partners, and hands-on experience on sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps.
This role takes the End to End leadership throughout the SDLC.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr.
Manager, Business Applications.
Responsibility Support the projects phases from inception through completion Work with the cross-functional stakeholders to gather the techno-functional requirements and decompose them into concise user stories with acceptance criteria format in requirements management system (e.
g.
, JIRA) Work with Product Owner to prioritize user stories and epics to ensure delivery of Minimal Viable Product (MVP) Provide technical expertise to partners to facilitate planning, set direction, define business initiatives, and develop solutions to business requirements Work closely with team members to design a solution that will meet the business requirements and document to-be process flows Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies Participate in the agile ceremonies and work with the agile team(s) and other program staff as required Build reports and dashboards as needed Engage in testing cycles (e.
g.
, UAT, Regression and system) Keep up-to-date on new Salesforce features and help determine solutions with the latest features Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
Access to an office location is required.
(Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.

What you bring Basic Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems 8+ years of Business Analysis experience 6+ years of experience and knowledge supporting large scale Salesforce implementations Experience with Salesforce and SaaS applications like Eloqua, D&B Optimizer, ZoomInfo, and Outreach Experience with Salesforce.
com configuration and familiarity with Salesforce.
com custom development Preferred Hands-on experience on Salesforce to advise stakeholders on business solutions including workflows, validation rules, security controls, etc.
Experience delivering multiple Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies Agile Scrum Master Certification Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities Hands-on experience on sales and service clouds Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate sophisticated technical ideas to audiences with varied technical backgrounds Holds Salesforce.
com Administrator Certification Prior experience working with global teams Marketing domain knowledge Wage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $118,300 - $182,775 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
