We are looking for an Influencer & Community Growth Marketing Manager to help us strategize and scale our content funnel.
We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter who can build the Kikoff creator community, is a data-driven problem solver with a growth mindset, willing to stretch their comfort levels, evolve best practices within influencer and content marketing, and move quickly with attention to detail to do big things.

As our Influencer & Community Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in storytelling, building Kikoff’s content library, and developing, implementing, and managing insights-led content marketing plans that align with our overall marketing goals.
What you’ll do: Spearhead the development, implementation, and management of Influencer and member content campaign strategies to improve paid ad and content performance.
Roadmap Kikoff’s content and A/B testing strategy in partnership with growth channel managers, CRM manager, creative team, and product leads.
Identify and evaluate potential influencers, content creators, brand ambassadors, and Kikoff members who align with our brand values, target demographic, and performance marketing potential.
Consistently monitor and source for Kikoff member stories and testimonials both content usage and potential creator discovery.
Act as advisor and voice of the creator and member cross-functionally, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and solutions.
Manage and improve the end-to-end influencer content funnel from developing Influencer and TikTok Creator Challenge content brief in partnership with creative team, outreach & development of a trusting, long-term relationship with members and creators, to reviewing and approving content to ensure all requirements for deliverables are met and compliant.
Own new paid ad content submissions into creative in order to transform creator content into performative ads, all in alignment to content & A/B testing roadmap.
Monitor, analyze, and report on creator and campaign metrics, leveraging insights to optimize strategies.
Be at the forefront of understanding marketing, culture and social media trends to serve as an internal expert in the space.
Manage external influencer vendors that support influencer sourcing and posting.
Experience 3-5+ years of experience working in Influencer and content marketing with a proven track record, preferably within a B2C environment.
Experience leveraging influencer and content marketing to drive customer acquisitionPassion for influencers and social media, interest in the latest trends, and ability to propose innovative partnership opportunities Consistently leverages data, analytics, insights, and metrics to guide content strategy and execute compelling marketing programs that deliver measurable value throughout the marketing funnel Experience managing an influencer agency Experience working in influencer marketing CRMs and platforms Ability to move fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects with the trustworthiness to execute on schedule at high-velocity and attention-to-detail.
Strategic thinker able to breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward.
Experience in a fintech business, or a D2C industry, and SQL proficiency is a bonus.
