Part Time Sales Associate - Chestnut St (San Francisco, CA) PAY RANGE: $20 - $22/ hour Topo Designs makes classic outdoor gear inspired by who we are and where we live.

Topo Designs is opening a new retail location in SF on Chestnut Street.
We are looking for part time sales associates for this location! This is a great opportunity for a go getter with a retail sales background who wants part time hours.
Topo Designs retail store employees provide exceptional customer experience, develop strong community relationships, and authentically communicate the brand message.
Experience/ Education Requirements: 1-3 years experience in retail sales Responsibilities: Assist with and own retail sales Assess customer needs; advice about sales and promotions; Recommend the best products to customers Work with point of sales and processing payments Drive sales to meet goals and targets; attain sales goals Clean and restock the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures Implement merchandising strategies and directives Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand Uphold a high level of asset protection Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Mastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and tools Qualifications/ Skills: Strong sales, communication and verbal skills Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Frequently required to stand Frequently required to walk Frequently required to sit Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity Continually required to talk or hear
