Responsibilities
Acquire new business and boost Lakera's revenue.
Connect with key decision-makers at potential clients, educate them on AI security, LLMs, and assist them in achieving success with Lakera.
Take charge of the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to product launch.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to not only meet but surpass revenue targets.
Evaluate market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate overarching plans into focused sales initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns.
Lead the expansion of our market presence by identifying new customer segments and potential use cases.
Collaborate across departments to distinguish our offerings and maintain a competitive advantage.
Shape product roadmaps and features based on customer feedback and market demands.
Offer insights that fortify our value proposition and elevate the overall customer experience.
Continuously enhance the sales methodology by integrating insights into playbooks, templates, and best practices.
Identify process enhancements to streamline sales productivity and ensure consistency.

About you
5+ years of startup and/or mid-market sales experience, driving the adoption of emerging technologies.
A track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
A knack for bringing structure to uncertainty and a “roll up your sleeves'' attitude.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the US market, cybersecurity sector, and enterprise sales dynamics.
Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies.
A passion for advanced AI systems.
You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and securely.

Logistics: Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we would like staff to be in the office 2 - 3 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation package consists of three elements: salary, equity, and benefits.
