Summary: As the Inside Sales Manager at LeewayHertz, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base in the USA market.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in inside sales, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to effectively collaborate across international teams.
Responsibilities and deliverables: Develop and implement inside sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the USA market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning LeewayHertz solutions accordingly.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.
Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the sales pipeline.
Work closely with the global sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Stay informed about industry developments and leverage this knowledge to position LeewayHertz as a leader in technology solutions.
Requirements Skills: Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong understanding of blockchain, AI, and mobile app development is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different time zones.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics Experience: Candidates should have 7 to 10 years of total work experience.
Candidates having working experience in the IT-Software/ Software Services/ AI development industry will be given preference.
Knowledge of Confluence and Jira will be a plus point.
Qualification: Any graduate/post-graduate degree, preferably in Computer science / Information technology.
