We are a first-of-its-kind network of clinics that is 100% focused on food allergy.
Latitude’s mission is to change the lives of all food allergy families through exceptional care.
Our founders and team have deep personal and professional experience in treating food allergies, and we are looking to expand our team with people who are similarly driven to grow a patient-centric, hospitality-minded model of care.
Latitude currently has four locations in California and one in NYC with a second to open in the New Year and is planning rapid expansion around the country.
*Role*
We are looking to hire an energetic, self-driven, and hands-on individual who is passionate about Latitude’s mission and building our brand in the north Bay Area territory through building relationships with referral sources (pediatricians, allergists, etc.
) via presentations, face-to-face visits, phone calls, meetings, etc.
Responsible for driving patient referrals in an effort to ensure our clinics are full and providing life-changing care to as many patients as possible.
*Responsibilities*
* Acts as the face of Latitude while growing the North SFBA market and building brand awareness through information and education
* Seeks out and develops relationships with potential referral sources; including allergists, pediatricians, etc.
* Conducts at least 32 in-person visits to referral sources per week – a mix of new and follow-up calls - to maintain and grow relationships
* Organizes informational luncheons with doctors and their staff
* Develops a monthly call plan to meet or exceed quarterly referral goals.
Reports on activities and results to their immediate supervisor on a weekly basis
* Participates in local networking groups, especially as they relate to the food allergy community
* Meticulously maintains salesforce.

*Qualifications*
* Engaging, approachable, and likable with the ability to connect with and build trusting, long-term relationships with medical professionals
* Experience developing and executing an aggressive sales plan
* Demonstrated understanding of what is needed to make our businesses successful
* Experience driving rapid growth efforts, with measurable results
* Scrappy and entrepreneurial mindset that works well in an ever-changing start-up environment
* Passionate about helping people get care and treatment for food allergies
* Persistent and able to handle rejection with resolve and not dejection
* Curious individual who must learn and quickly understand how to dig deeper for business on every meeting, but do it in a softer, deliberate way without the prospect feeling interrogated
* Self-starter who is organized and systematic in their daily work life; ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
* Understands the competitive landscape and clearly articulates Latitude’s key differentiators and why we are the best option for their patients
* Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, healthcare sales preferred
