*Responsibilities*
· Follow up and communicate with overseas offices and agents for new customer development.
· Adhere to company credit management policy and contract management rules to select qualified customers and take responsibility of the AR collection.
· Utilize company's proprietary system to create customer profile, quotations, and credit applications (training will be provided).
· Support Customer Service department with RFI/RFQ preparation.
· The following Sales activities are required: Min.
25 cold calls per week, Min.
15 sales visits per week, Min.
8 new accounts per week to be visited, Min.
5 sales leads per week to be generated, Min.
3 new accounts per month to be secured.
*Commute Commitment*
· Must be willing to meet with Sales Team for scheduled sales meeting once every week at the SFO office
*Skills*
· Key candidates will be performance driven, self-starters, with a high interest in freight forwarding and international logistics.
· Experience in B-to-B Service Sales, or Customer Service in the International Logistics field is preferred
· College degree is a plus, but not required
· Local and familiar with the Bay Area Territory
· Team player / problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills 'Compensation plans will be commensurate with experience.
