VP of Sales & BD
Spring Free EV seeks an experienced VP of Sales & BD to lead our sales organization and drive growth for our auto leasing solutions.
The right candidate will be well-versed in selling fleet management solutions and leasing products.
In this pivotal role, the VP of Sales will be responsible for spearheading the company's efforts to deliver industry-leading EV leasing solutions to businesses seeking to optimize their operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales quotas.
Excite, engage, and educate prospective customers and current fleet managers on Spring Free EV’s product offering and electric vehicles.
Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by actively engaging with customers through calls, emails, or text, and any outbound events.
Deliver the company’s go to market strategy by on-boarding of new fleet managers and support existing fleet managers nationally.
Provide a highest level of customer service throughout the full sales, delivery, and operating lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a customer-facing background that enables them to deeply understand customer problems and challenges, drive customer and partner engagement from start to finish, and demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally.
interact at both the executive level and with fleet managers.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of fleet management and auto leasing industry (ideally Fleet sales to f2000, taxi/livery, and/or Car rentals)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
