The Cash Management Sales Officer - Digital, Technology & Communications is a strategic professional who is known as an industry and cash management expert in building and deepening client relationships.
Given the dynamic nature of the DTC industries, this role is integral to both executing on the strategy to grow the wallet share of our existing client base and also acquire new clients in a rapid fashion.
This person should have a subject matter expertise in advising quickly growing companies on treasury efficiencies especially as they expand globally.
Must be able to demonstrate strong communication and diplomacy skills, especially at points of escalation.
This role requires the ability to coordinate large scale pitches and implementations across regions and time zones.
Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business.
Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Responsibilities: Responsible for actively calling on clients in partnership with RMs to deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to and anticipating future needs, challenges or risks, in addition to identifying and pursuing new clients aligned with CITI’s value proposition.
Drives innovation on the solutions we provide clients while structuring deals to balance risk and reward.
Serves as strategic advisor to RM and Client Shares knowledge with other sales consultants and junior staff Executes on strategic initiatives Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all time Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications: Minimum of 6-10 years commercial banking experience Undergraduate business degree Proven track record of supporting the growth of client relationships Education: Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
