West Agile Labs (WAL) is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join its U.
S.
sales team.
This is a "hunter" position, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, and is responsible for finding and closing new business.
In this key role you will find and capitalize on opportunities; solve problems and keep the CRM system current, accurate, and relevant.
The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives at targeted firms, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Perform lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.
• Be the focal point of communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
• Work in close collaboration with WAL's presales and delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
• Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
• Keep the CRM system current, accurate, and relevant.
• Work from home with some travel as required to close deals

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience selling engineering services, preferably working in a leading IT services and/or digital engineering company.
• Proven track record of success in selling Digital transformation, Product Engineering, Cloud & Data Analytics services
• Experience selling in one or more of the following industries a big plus: Financial Services/FinTech, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Retail
• Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets.
• Strong contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations.
• Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically one to three months in duration.
• Experience selling engineering services in healthcare or manufacturing or logistics/transportation is a plus.
