About this Role
We are seeking a data driven Sr.
Demand Generation Manager to help us drive leads and pipeline for our sales team.
Working in collaboration with the marketing team you will build, execute, and optimize demand gen marketing campaigns and experiments that produce high quality leads and pipeline for our sales team.
This role also requires you to build and iterate on our ABM playbooks, collaborate with stakeholders on the marketing and sales teams.
This role is based in office in San Francisco with flexibility to work remote 2 days per week.
Your Impact
Have a significant impact on the company by implementing innovative demand generation campaigns that drive sales pipeline.
Set a foundation of pipeline generation, then unlock scale and ROI, and drive direct revenue for the business.
Partner closely with the sales team to gather feedback on lead volume and quality and refine existing campaigns and programs to hit and exceed goals.
Dive into areas outside of their expertise to assist the team in achieving their objectives.
Your Strengths
7+ years experience in demand generation, growth marketing and/or digital marketing roles at a B2B company.
Has managed marketing agency and partners.
Experience planning, building, and executing on full funnel demand generation campaigns that drive sales pipeline.
Manage spend and campaigns across paid channels like Google Adwords, Display, Paid Social, LinkedIn, etc.
Owning and managing a media budget.
ABM strategy and execution.
Strong experience with tracking leads and campaigns and creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Experience with most of the following tech: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Clearbit, Gong, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, VWO or similar A/B testing tools, Webflow, Tableau, Outreach, Mixpanel.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
Strong project management skills.

Employee Pay Disclosure
The base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $70,000 + Equity + Benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY).
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
