What does a work environment look like at Vouch? Vouch is a Virtual First Workplace with San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City office locations.
While this role has hybrid work flexibility, we prefer for this role to be based alongside our GTM leadership in SF and NY, with a desire to be in the office for 3+ days per week.
Role Responsibilities: As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you will be the architect of our marketing success, spearheading the growth of our business by creating innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and foster lead generation.
This is an opportunity to shape the trajectory of our marketing organization and help us achieve our ambitious revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building B2B campaigns to attract and convert C-suite executives.
You should be capable of setting strategies independently, executing them with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data to advance and improve existing campaigns.
Job Duties: Lead Generation: Implement and manage lead generation programs to increase the quantity and quality of leads Lead Nurture: Develop and maintain lead nurturing workflows to advance leads through the funnel and facilitate their progression to sales-ready status.
Work closely with the business development team for lead handoff and alignment on strategy Digital Marketing: Strategize, develop, and manage digital ad campaigns and copy alongside the branding team to attract target audiences across different digital channels Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and measure the ROI of marketing efforts Budget Execution: Monitor and manage the demand generation budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives About you: You’ve built high-converting landing pages and are familiar with conversion rate optimization best practices You have experience deploying a range of tactics to market into c-suite contacts at mid-market and enterprise companies You are proficient with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is a plus) and familiar with marrying marketing campaign data with CRM pipeline metrics You have hands-on experience with building and managing paid search campaigns on Google and social platforms such as LinkedIn Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, agency-level reporting dashboards, and CRM systems such as Salesforce Vouch provides a number of benefits to help you bring your best self to work: Competitive compensation and equity packages Health, dental, and vision insurance Parental leave Flexible vacation time (Unlimited PTO) Wellness allowance ($80/month) Technology allowance ($100/month) Salary Range: The pay range for this role is: $130,000 to $170,000 per year.
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need.
The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
