What you'll do DocuSign is looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager, UI Engineering, to join our Demand Engineering team under the Product-Led Growth vertical.
The Senior Manager, UI Engineering, will lead a high-performing team of Fullstack Engineers and be responsible for the web publishing platform that powers DocuSign.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director of Engineering.
Responsibility Be responsible for building high-quality experiences with React, Typescript and Contentful Manage the health of the code base through continuous refactoring and management of technical debt Dive deep into technology and be on the forefront of the latest tools, technologies, and strategies and help evaluate, prototype, and introduce them to our team Be an expert at agile continuous delivery, DevOps and TDD/BDD and will champion the culture, processes, and tools required to maintain a frictionless high quality development environment Lead a team of engineers at various stages of their career, actively investing in their growth and development Cultivate an open, collaborative, and fun work environment for yourself and your team Work closely with product, design, security, customer success and other teams to provide technical expertise throughout all phases of product development Set team strategy and be accountable for team plans and deliverables Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
Access to an office location is required.

What you bring Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years of combined software development and management experience across multiple frontend technologies and frameworks 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers and participating in the entire employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management and employee development Preferred Experience operating a marketing website and optimizing a sign-up funnel Experience implementing advanced personalization capabilities Familiarity with SaaS eCommerce and multichannel web marketing Experience with internationalization and localization Experience working with Headless CMS and the related practices of binding components/patterns to content models Wage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $165,800.
00 - $265,625.
00 base salary Illinois and Colorado: $157,900.
00 - $223,075.
00 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $157,900.
00 - $234,275.
00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
