This role reports to the Head of Events and offers an exciting opportunity to lead our events function, work collaboratively across the organization and drive results.
As an Event Manager, your key responsibilities include managing our third-party, first-party, and tradeshow events, ensuring they run smoothly from concept to execution.

What You Will Be Doing: Research industry events, build vendor relationships, and evaluate sponsorship/participation Bring Ironclad’s brand, culture, and vision into events that delight attendees and drive key business goals Lead cross-functional stakeholders, sales, content, and campaigns to drive coordinated event programs Define event success criteria and set clear goals for each event Conduct pre-event briefs, post-event reports, including but not limited to attendee surveys, analytics, and lessons learned Communicate the results and make recommendations for optimizing future campaigns Manage our events budget to ensure we’re hitting goals and staying on track What we're looking for: 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years of that in B2B event marketing Exceptional project management skills with experience gaining team consensus and driving deliverables Deliver quality results while managing multiple priorities against tight deadlines Data-driven mindset and ability to create and report on event performance metrics Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to rapidly evolving priorities and direction Proactive, resourceful, with a get-it-done mentality Experience with marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce / Tableau, and WordPress, as well as proficiency using other office productivity applications and productivity tools (e.
