Role + Responsibilities
Work with E+H sales & marketing management as well as applicable Rep sales management teams to determine key accounts to pursue.
Develop C-level and VP level relationships at key accounts based on mutual business value.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and project teams in key customer accounts including engineering, operations, procurement, and service departments.
Coordinate the involvement of Endress Hauser personnel, including Contracts/Legal, Production, Project Engineers, Inside Sales, Services, MIV & Solutions, OEM, Optical Analysis and Digitalization resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Identify, qualify & execute on a multimillion-dollar pipeline annually, while meeting assigned sales targets.
Uses understanding of customer needs to initiate solutions opportunities and assemble the appropriate team to expand the customer experience with applicable technology, industry, application.

ability to develop a “pilot” or “rental” opportunity and convert that into a larger/broader multi-site corporate solution for our customers)
Demonstrate superior communication and presentation skills to engage clients in regularly scheduled Technology and Account reviews and deliver Executive level presentations.
Qualification + Profile
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years relevant experience or 7-10 years relevant experience in sales and sales management of Raman Spectroscopy
Life Science industry knowledge is preferred
High-level sales and/or marketing experience
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data in order to make decisions
Ability to create and manage budgets
Travel required: 75%

The anticipated pay range for this role is $100,000 to $170,000 per year.
Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
