About the role:
Off the back of a recent (soon to be announced) fundraising round, we are rapidly scaling our product offerings and are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to grow and lead the customer acquisition and retention functions.
You will join Snappr’s leadership team as the Head of Marketing and take ownership of revenue growth for Snappr’s B2C (and B2B) products.
Your team consists of search engine marketing managers, email marketing managers, social media managers, and designers who will work under you to achieve your marketing objectives.
Your primary objective is to implement marketing strategies that will ensure sustainable long-term growth for Snappr's B2C line of business, while running experiments to assist the B2B enterprise sales team as well.
The challenge for our consumer product is to figure out how to sell photo shoot services to low intent users at a positive ROI and successfully grow marketing to channels beyond Google search ads.
The secondary challenge is to scale up our B2B marketing efforts and bring in more qualified leads for Snappr’s sales team at a reasonable cost per qualified lead.
What you'll do:
Oversee the overall performance and growth of our B2C marketing focusing on sales of photoshoots, print products, and other image related products and services.
Oversee the overall performance and growth of our B2B marketing focusing on increasing the volume of qualified leads for Snappr’s sales team while maintaining an acceptable cost per qualified lead.
Own and oversee high-level reporting for both B2B and B2C marketing which will be viewed by the leadership and executive team.
Manage the growth and development of the marketing team and directly oversee goal setting, career development, player coaching, and recruitment.
About you:
You love commanding ownership over marketing and have a passion for growth
You have a proven record of growing revenue for B2C products through execution of your marketing strategy
Have led a multi-channel marketing team with a broad mandate
Have led a minimum marketing team size of 6
Have led and owned the entire customer lifecycle, i.
e.
both acquisition and retention experience
Have managed an annual ad spend budget of $5 million per year or more, with a focus on performance marketing
Owned OKRs for all of marketing
Early venture-backed company experience (Series B, C or D)
5+ years of experience in marketing, 2+ in a leadership role
