*Job Summary*:
As a Sales Manager for Smart Hardware Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our smart lock solutions; targeted at commercial and multi-family apartment buildings.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
*Sales Strategy Development:*
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell smart locks in the commercial and multi-family apartment sectors.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
*Client Relationship Management: *
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, property managers, architects, and other stakeholders in the target market.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our smart lock solutions.
*Sales Forecasting and Reporting: *
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance.

*Qualifications*:
