We're currently on the lookout for highly motivated *Restaurant Packaging Sales Associates*.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and signing up new partners to our custom packaging service, while promoting the Fusenpack brand and its value proposition.
Our unique auto-design tool aids in this process, using a restaurant's logo to create engaging custom designs for prospects in seconds, boosting our sales close rate to one in seven prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and prospect potential clients and partners in the restaurant industry.
* Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Manage sales cycle: meetings, product pitching, and deal closing.
* Understand restaurants' needs to recommend tailored packaging solutions.
* Work with product development to turn customer needs into product features.
* Represent Fusenpack professionally, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a keen eye for opportunity, and a passion for the restaurant and food service industry.
Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the food or packaging industry, will be a plus.

*We are offering a base salary of $3,400 per month for this role.
Our comprehensive training program and various client-referral methods are designed to help you close deals and earn bonuses.
As you build your customer base, your earnings can increase significantly.
You can expect to make approximately $4,000 in the first month, $6,000 by the sixth month, $7,500 by the twelfth month, and $9,000 by the eighteenth, including commissions and bonuses.
