You will be developing contacts with hospital executives throughout the country.

* *About the position*: Position will be responsible for developing lead relationships with decision makers at hospitals and healthcare networks for revenue generation.
Develop target accounts by cold calls and persistent follow with assigned referrals and leads.
Position will have role in developing leads for further client engagements and account management.
*About the Candidate*: The ideal candidate will be self-driven and highly motivated with a strong business acumen, and have a record of strong sales and business development experience.
Will possess positive attitude and great relationship building ability.
Lead development in the Healthcare industry experience a plus.
*Skills*: Present company value proposition and strengths over competitors via cold calls and email.
Persistent and patient consultative sales style.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, and time management skills.
Must have the tactful confidence to ask for business relationships.
*Education*: Candidate must hold at least an Associate’s degree.
Must have at least five years of experience in lead development and/or sales account development.
Knowledge of hospital organizations and patient care staffing roles desirable.
