00 City Experiences / Alcatraz is seeking a Sales & Marketing Generalist for our operation in San Francisco About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.
About the Opportunity: The Sales & Marketing Generalist provides integral day-to-day administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Support ticketing inventory, tour products, and sales programs in Anchor system Maintain and submit weekly / monthly sales, revenue, and operational reports to Sales & Marketing Manager and General Manager, CE teams, and Alcatraz City Cruises' partners, as needed Support relationships with GoSF, CityPass, and other 3rd party partnerships Maintain and track stock of brochures, comment cards, business cards, and ACC promotional giveaways Coordinate tradeshow and event travel, registrations, hotel reservations, etc.
Plan crew appreciation events, holiday parties, and company volunteer events Track expenses and maintain receipts for monthly reporting Send out and track packages via USPS, FedEX, UPS, private courier, etc.
Track and process redemptions of ACC gift certificates and donations Participate in promotional tradeshows and conferences, as appropriate Provide project management for ad hoc requests and initiatives Maintain Monday.
com project management platform and organize filing systems in OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.
As needed, assist with social media content and posts, and tracking of post-cruise survey comments Support creations on crew newsletters, blog posts, and other internal crew communications.
Copyedit documents, reports, and promotional materials Respond to administrative emails and phone lines, as needed Distribute interoffice mail daily, as needed Routinely maintain office supply stock and reorder when needed Additional job duties as assigned Requirements & Qualifications: At least 3-years of experience in an administrative role in an office environment Strong oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on copyediting strongly preferred Detail-oriented with proficient project management skills About Us: City Experiences’ passion is to provide amazing experiences on land and water.
