Our company develops our brand by evaluating operations at current stores; identifying and opening new locations; assisting new franchisees as they enter our restaurant system; providing training and support to franchisees and staffs; contributing strategic planning, business advice and marketing expertise to all stores and franchisees in the market.
*Job Description*:
* Evaluates restaurant operations monthly based on Health Department standards and policies.
* Provides verbal & written recommendations to improve any operational and/or profitability opportunities that should include product safety and quality, customer service, facility cleanliness and maintenance, store profitability, local marketing opportunities, etc.
* Ensures quality results by communicating, teaching, and enforcing the excellent standards.
* Contributes to franchise results by exploring new opportunities to add value to the franchise, advising and assisting franchisees.
* Accomplishes goals of the Development Office as they pertain to store sales and operational goals as well as market growth to include new product introductions.
* Assisting franchisees achieve their operational and profitability goals by maintaining regular communications with franchisees, adhering to all standards.
* Assists franchisees with new store openings; assists new franchisees as they join the team.
*Skills/Qualifications*: We are seeking individuals with restaurant industry experience who would like to take their business skills, operational expertise and team player attitudes and apply them to assisting us to grow and strengthen our brand.

*Salary: *60k-70k yearly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a coach or assistant manager in a banquet, catering, bartending, hotel, or food production setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge and skills in the specific area of coaching (e.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals or teams
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to reach their full potential
- Organizational skills to plan and coordinate training sessions and activities

Pay: $65,647.
