Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and booking appointments for our sales/service team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Proactively monitor the dispatch board to identify appropriate trade opportunities for outbound calls.
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales/service leads.
Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales/service team.
Utilize effective techniques and scripts to clearly communicate our company's promotions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities using the Service Titan system and Google Sheets.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls and appointment bookings.
Communicate with the call center and department manager to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve company objectives.
Provide valuable feedback and insights to management regarding customer preferences.
Required to work rotating Saturdays.
Qualification:
Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goal targets and quotas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
Strong ability to overcome objections and successfully book appointments.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Familiarity with ST software and basic computer proficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent.
